"Whenever they reach an impasse, they look to someone to show them the way out." Who said this and to whom ? What do you mean by 'impasse'? What does the speaker want to mean  by this speech ? (1+1+4)   কে এই কথা বলেছেন এবং কাকে বলেছেন?  'অচলাবস্থা' বলতে কী বোঝ?   এই উক্তির দ্বারা বক্তা কী বোঝাতে চেয়েছেন?

ANS. Jainulabdeen said this to his son, APJ Abdul Kalam.

An 'impasse' is a difficult situation in which no progress is possible especially because of  disagreement.

According to Jainulabdeen, whenever people reach an impasse in their life, they get confused. Then they suffer severe agony over which they have no control. In such a situation they look for a guide who can show them the way out. A true spiritual guide can help them in coming out of such a difficult situation. So, it will be wise to help them with strength and energy.
