    Question:  Describe the departure of the girl from the train. ( প্রশ্ন: ট্রেন  থেকে মেয়েটির প্রস্থানের বর্ণনা কর। )            6 Marks

Answer:

           The girl's journey came to an end. When the train reached the girl's station at Saharanpur, she bade the narrator Goodbye and left. The narrator wanted to raise his hand and touch her hair. But the girl moved away. Only the perfume of her hair lingered where she had stood. Just then another passenger entered the compartment and the narrator asked him about the hair style of the girl. The new passenger said that he did not notice her hair. He noticed only her beautiful eyes which were of no use to her as she was completely blind.

       

     বঙ্গানুবাদ: 

                 মেয়েটির যাত্রা শেষ হয়ে গেল। ট্রেনটি যখন সাহারানপুরে মেয়েটির স্টেশনে পৌঁছল, তখন সে কথককে বিদায় জানালো এবং চলে গেল। কথক তার হাত তুলতে চাইল এবং তার চুল স্পর্শ করতে। কিন্তু মেয়েটি চলে গেল।  শুধু তার চুলের সুগন্ধির রেশ রয়ে গেল যেখানে সে দাঁড়িয়ে ছিল। ঠিক তখন আরেকজন যাত্রী কামরায় প্রবেশ করল এবং কথক তাকে মেয়েটির চুলের ধরন সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞেস করল। নতুন যাত্রী বলল যে তিনি তার চুল লক্ষ্য করেন নি। তিনি কেবল তার সুন্দর চোখ দেখেছিলেন যেগুলি তার কাছে কোন কাজের ছিল না কারণ সে ছিল সম্পূর্ণ অন্ধ।
